The box showed up crushed, which was definitely a nice little surprise. Thankfully the hair itself was fine, so I guess that’s what matters, but the packaging could’ve used a bit more care

The hair itself was fine, I guess, but those little clip-in things were not made well at all. The clips felt bulky, and the wefts had uneven stitching like somebody rushed through them and called it a day. They were hard to get to lay flat and kept pulling, which got annoying fast. For the price, I definitely expected better construction.

I found this really hard to install. I thought it would be more straightforward, but it ended up taking way more time and effort than I expected.

I tried placing my order, but the checkout kept freezing right after I entered my payment info... then it suddenly said my cart was empty, even though the items were showing before. I ended up starting over twice and finally just gave up. Super frustrating, especially for a site selling hair at these prices...

I’ve ordered this a few times and the hair texture is different every single time. One order feels one way, the next order feels completely different, and it’s just frustrating. I kept hoping it would be better, but it’s the same issue over and over again. The texture is never the same, never consistent, and I’m tired of dealing with it. I won’t be ordering again.

I ended up receiving the wrong texture and length, even though I’m sure I selected the right options when ordering. It kind of felt like nobody really checked the details before sending it out. I reached out to get it fixed, but it turned into a bunch of emails back and forth with no quick solution. it was frustrating.

I had to keep checking in just to find out what was going on, which got annoying after a while. They did end up fixing it in the end, so I’ll give them that, but the whole process could’ve been a lot smoother

Overall, I liked it, but I probably expected a little more thickness for the price. The hair does look and has some nice fullness to it, so it’s definitely not bad. I just felt like the density was a bit lighter than I was hoping for.

I ordered the brown thinking it would be a nice warm shade, and at first I was excited to see it in person. Then I opened it and... yeah, no. It’s basically almost black. Definitely not what I picked, and that’s frustrating.

Of course my issue popped up at the worst possible time, but they answered fast and got it fixed quickly. Can’t really complain, just wish the timing had been better...

The hair actually blends really well with my own texture and doesn’t have that fake shiny look, which I was happy about. I’ve already gotten a few compliments on it. I did have to shape it a bit myself though, which made me wonder if anyone really checked the finish before sending it out. Still looks good once I fixed it up

When I first put the hair on, I thought it looked really nice. After wearing it a few times though, it started tangling badly. I tried taking my time and detangling it gently, but it still kept knotting up. It just wasn’t the experience I was expecting...

The hair itself is really good quality, and I was happy with what I ended up getting. But when I was browsing, a few of the textures I actually wanted were out of stock, which was kind of annoying. I did find something close, and shipping was okay. Nothing dramatic. But seriously, they need to restock faster because I would’ve bought my first choice right away.

Customer service did respond when I reached out, but the answers were vague and didn’t really give me much to go on. Overall, it wasn’t a horrible experience, but they definitely need to be more transparent about preorder timing.

I really wanted to love this hair because it looked nice when I first put it in, but the shedding started within the first week and it was way too much. Every time I combed it or even just ran my fingers through it, there was hair all over my sink and floor, and I wasn’t being rough with it at all. For the price, I expected it to hold up a lot better. If this is the kind of quality I’m going to get, I’ll be taking my money somewhere else next time. Definitely not buying again
